Job Description: Preparing Building Management plan Attend the Annual General Meeting Attend the Board of the Committee Meeting Control the budget Coordinate and maintain the relationship with Clients to make client’s satisfaction Monitor the management and facilitate the service provide to co-owners / tenants / residents and visitors Training new staffs and always approve staff’s skill Others assignment from Operation Manager Qualifications: Male/Female, Thai nationality Aged 30-40 years Bachelor's degree in any fields Knowledge or background in Juristic Person Management Proficient in English communication Knowledgeable and experienced in managing buildings, department stores, and community malls Thorough understanding of laws and building management Exhibits leadership and excellent problem-solving skills Excellent coordination and communication abilities Passionate about service work with an excellent personality and interpersonal skills Confident and able to work well under pressure Honest and highly responsible Service Mind and Friendly Able to work 6 Days per week Can travel to work in Phuket Area
