Purpose of the Role I act as a strategic partner to the business and collaborate with key leaders to define the vision and direction of my Business Unit (BU). I co-build and contribute to all business strategies within my BU. I lead transformational initiatives in my BU. I actively participate in the nomination process and ensure the development of key leaders. I monitor future trends and anticipate evolutions in people-related matters. I keep a close watch on the social climate within my BU. I foster collaboration and connection with other BUs in the country (e.g., Production, Retail, Logistics, IT, etc.). I am the guardian of our values and intentions (Decathlon DNA) and continuously shape a positive organizational culture. I help build a strong internal culture that empowers people to perform at their best. I ensure fairness, transparency, and genuine care for individuals in the organization. I embed diversity and inclusion into business and talent decisions within my BU. I promote inclusion for all and advocate for workplace diversity. I work effectively across intercultural and interorganizational differences. I manage crises and lead change with agility, especially in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. I ensure the best employee and manager experience by implementing all 10 HR processes in my BU. I manage the following HR processes: Workforce Management, Recruitment (Internal/External), Onboarding, Contract & Time Management, Total Reward, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Collaboration (Work Together), and Offboarding. I ensure compliance with local laws, ethics, and social standards. I listen to and understand both employee needs and business needs. I built the right organizational structure and local HR team to achieve operational excellence. I guarantee employee well-being, taking a holistic approach to physical and mental health, and actively work to prevent psychosocial risks (PSR). You actively practice sports. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. You have at least 3 years of HR experience. You possess strong knowledge in key HR areas such as HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, and Recruitment. You are familiar with global or international corporate cultures. You are internationally mobile and fluent in both English and Thai. You are positive, result-driven, and take full responsibility in your role.
