Responsibilities: Manage HR-related documents, including employment contracts, employee records, and performance reports. Handle the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Support recruitment and selection processes. Oversee training and development initiatives, including creating and managing training plans. Coordinate and compile HR statistics reports, providing insights for decision-making. Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to employee performance, compensation trends, and workforce planning. Prepare HR presentations for meetings and strategic planning. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Advise employees on company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 3 year of HR experience. Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization). Experience in payroll processing and HR analytics is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
