Position Overview: As our HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in the heart of our People & Purpose team. You’ll manage the day-to-day HR operations for our Group-level staff (60+ people) and ensure that the employee experience is smooth, compliant, and aligned with our purpose. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organized, working with people from diverse cultures, and keeping things running behind the scenes. Responsibilities: Expatriate Management Manage end-to-end work permit, visa, and immigration processes for expatriate staff (BOI). Liaise with legal advisors, government agencies, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local regulations. Advise on matters related to tax identification, social security, and local employment laws. Monitor visa expirations, work permit statuses, and contract renewals to ensure timely processing. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Recruitment & Onboarding Support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Facilitate smooth onboarding by preparing employment contracts, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring system access. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple locations. HR Administration & Compliance Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and filing systems. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and international employment standards. Administer employee benefits and coordinate with external providers. Collaborate with finance for accurate payroll processing and compensation-related matters. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and HR inquiries. Support conflict resolution and escalate sensitive matters as needed. Organize and coordinate engagement activities, training workshops, and company-wide initiatives. Foster a positive work environment through wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building events. General HR Support & Projects Coordinate the performance review cycle, probation tracking, and feedback collection. Assist in HR project planning and implementation across regional offices. Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics, leadership meetings, and strategic planning. Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably within a multinational or cross-cultural environment. Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Proven ability to align and implement HR strategies across diverse geographic and cultural contexts. In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and cross-border HR practices. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills. High level of independence, initiative, and problem-solving capability. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.
