HR Consulting Specialist / Up to 150K / BTS Chongnonsri ** Hybrid work

1.    Educate and support team members for HR Consulting related

2.    Monitor overall activities and on-going project and report if there is any issue

3.    Draft project proposal together with Pasona team and present to client

4.    Design the work process and estimate and accurate a project timeline

5.    Design the approach used to collect information from clients

6.    Analyse all the information collected and prepare job description, evaluation criteria/methods

7.    Make adjustments of the works delivered based on the feedbacks from client. However, the consultant should advise clients in case the adjustments requested cannot be done/ should not be done

8.    Conduct insight salary survey in the market and suggest the appropriate compensation and benefit plan for the client

9.    Update Pasona project team on the progress update on weekly basis

10. Join project progress update meeting with client

11. Handle clients’ questions, expectation and ensure the understanding of clients toward the proposed work

12. Suggest the implementation strategy and/or implement the new HR system to the organization

13. Work with external consultant in some consulting projects

Qualifications :

1.    At least 5 years’ work experience in HR consulting business as consultant *** Preferred candidate from Consulting firm

2.    Have experience designing the HR evaluation system

3.    Experience working with Japanese companies is preferred (not necessary)

4.    Good command in English (TOEIC 700 up)  / Able to speak Japanese will be an advantage ( JLPT N2 up)
