Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including office maintenance, stationery procurement, and asset management. Organize and coordinate meetings, guest receptions, and internal events to ensure smooth operations. Manage fixed assets, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain asset records. Monitor office safety, hygiene, and fire protection standards to ensure compliance with local regulations. Implement recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Organize training plans and support implementation with HQ; assist in rolling out performance management systems. Manage HR processes including attendance, payroll, and social security to ensure compliance and timeliness. Handle employee relations, including contract management, conflict resolution, and internal communication. Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy. Assist in developing and refining HR and admin policies in accordance with Thai labor laws and business needs. Monitor policy implementation and provide suggestions for improvement. Support corporate culture initiatives by organizing team-building activities to foster engagement and belonging. Promote core company values and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. Requirements Diploma or above in HR, Administration, Business Management, or related fields preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience. Familiar with the six key HR functions: recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and planning. Proficient in Chinese and Thai (spoken and written); able to serve as a communication bridge. English is a plus. Well-versed in Thai labor laws, social security, and employment compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Basic data analysis skills to support data-driven management. Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational, execution, and accountability skills; able to work under pressure. Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and discreet, with a strong sense of ethics and service mindset.
