Job Description

  • Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including office maintenance, stationery procurement, and asset management.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, guest receptions, and internal events to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage fixed assets, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain asset records.

  • Monitor office safety, hygiene, and fire protection standards to ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Implement recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Organize training plans and support implementation with HQ; assist in rolling out performance management systems.

  • Manage HR processes including attendance, payroll, and social security to ensure compliance and timeliness.

  • Handle employee relations, including contract management, conflict resolution, and internal communication.

  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy.

  • Assist in developing and refining HR and admin policies in accordance with Thai labor laws and business needs.

  • Monitor policy implementation and provide suggestions for improvement.

  • Support corporate culture initiatives by organizing team-building activities to foster engagement and belonging.

  • Promote core company values and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in HR, Administration, Business Management, or related fields preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.

  • Familiar with the six key HR functions: recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and planning.

  • Proficient in Chinese and Thai (spoken and written); able to serve as a communication bridge. English is a plus.

  • Well-versed in Thai labor laws, social security, and employment compliance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Basic data analysis skills to support data-driven management.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational, execution, and accountability skills; able to work under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and discreet, with a strong sense of ethics and service mindset.
