Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations for housekeeping departments. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort are upheld. Training and Supervise hotel staff to ensure consistent high-quality performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in cleaning or hotel management or a similar role at least 2 years Have own car Able to travel upcountry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
