Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations for housekeeping departments.

  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort are upheld.

  • Training and Supervise hotel staff to ensure consistent high-quality performance.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in cleaning or hotel management or a similar role at least 2 years

  • Have own car

  • Able to travel upcountry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
