Job Overview

Her Hyness, a leading clean beauty brand, is looking for a visionary and results-driven Product Innovation Manager to lead our innovation pipeline and product development team. This role will own the end-to-end innovation strategy — from trend scouting and concept development to product launch — while leading a team of product developers and collaborating with cross-functional partners and OEMs. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking, and has strong leadership and project management experience in the beauty or personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the overall product innovation strategy in alignment with Her Hyness brand ethos, clean beauty standards, and business goals

2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 Product Innovation Executives, ensuring effective project execution and capability growth

3. Identify market trends, white spaces, and consumer insights to guide new product concept development

4. Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation, R&D, formulation, to launch — in close collaboration with OEM partners and internal teams

5. Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Experience teams

6. Own and track project timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation across multiple product initiatives

7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, clean beauty guidelines, and Her Hyness’ sustainability commitments

8. Represent the product innovation function in strategic discussions with senior management and contribute to brand portfolio planning

9. Continuously improve internal innovation processes, team workflows, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development or innovation in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry

• At least 2 years of experience managing or mentoring a product development team

• Strong understanding of clean beauty trends, ingredients, regulatory requirements, and formulation processes

• Proven ability to develop and execute innovation strategy and manage complex project portfolios

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to influence across teams and with external partners

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to balance creativity and feasibility

• Highly organized with excellent project and resource management skills
