Job Responsibilities Generate new sales leads and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Manage the entire sales cycle independently—from pre-sales, quotation, and securing purchase orders to delivery and post-sales support. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Address and resolve customer complaints or feedback related to quality or other issues. Conduct regular visits to customers to build and maintain strong relationships. Assist in various marketing activities such as exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns. Prepare accurate sales reports to update management and facilitate sales follow-up. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, with success in selling to healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers, or life science laboratories. Established network within the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries. Familiarity with LIMS, EQMS, or EDMS software systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated aptitude for sales, networking, and business development. Creative in generating new leads through multiple channels and resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive mindset with a high level of perseverance and self-motivation. Systematic and detail-oriented in maintaining accurate sales activity records for reporting.
