Health & Safety Assistant Manager (Compliance)

Role & Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain ISO 45001,ISO14001,PSM, Reckitt Standard, International Code lead cross functional support in the preparation of the Internal & External audit program, including the revision of related documents and maintain data base including tracking and committee

chairman.

·       Report H&S performance through the site scorecard/dashboard and corporate HSE data

tracking system (Enablon), while monitoring and analysing KPIs and key driver trends with

preventive action plans.

·       Provide timely updates on changes and maintain master log of standards or regulations to the management team and staff to ensure compliance with Reckitt's regulations.

·       Participate in daily operation meetings (FIT) and coach team members to enhance H&S capacity, offering day-to-day operational support.

·       Conduct the annual Reckitt standard self-assessment, support training on the standard, and assist in KPIs education for cross-functional teams.

·       Government Report & Document support and other work assignment

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety engineering or other related field.

·       Minimum 5 years working experience as H&S in manufacturing site.

·       Knowledge of local regulations related with Health, Safety and Environment.

·       Experience of FM Global, NFPA, OSHA or International code is advantage.

·       Understand all applicable government of Thailand Environment Regulations.

·       Strong communication, people management and influencing skills.

·       Good command of written and spoken in English.
