Why This Role Matters: This role is vital for protecting our financial integrity and ensuring efficient dispute resolution. You will lead team to handle disputes accurately, enhancing customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. Your work directly impacts our business performance and maintains our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process of dispute and chargeback case analysis, making sure everything is done accurately, efficiently, and on time. Ensure all actions comply with Visa, MasterCard, and National ITMX dispute regulations. Resolve customer disputes and analyze data to improve business performance. Coach team members in handling disputes and chargebacks. We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in chargeback and dispute resolution for credit/debit cards. In-dept knowledge of Visa and MasterCard regulations, as well as relevant laws. Demonstrated strong management and leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
