Head of Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regulatory compliance function for the organization.
• Oversee compliance operations to ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as the OIC (Office of Insurance Commission) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
• Monitor and update company policies to ensure alignment with new laws and regulations that may impact the organization's strategic direction.
• Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory matters to internal business units.
• Ensure the implementation of compliance best practices and recommended guidelines across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in compliance, legal, or related fields, including 5 years of specific experience in life or non-life insurance or brokerage sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and executive management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A mature and confident personality with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
