About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Human Resources (Payroll) to join our dynamic team at SeAH Precision Metal (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Chonburi, Chonburi. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function and ensuring the efficient management of our employees' compensation and benefits.

What you'll be doing

Manage the entire payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related tasksEnsure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulationsAdminister employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentationProvide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related inquiriesCollaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies and proceduresAssist with other HR-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar payroll or HR management role, preferably in the education or training industryExcellent knowledge of Thai labour laws and payroll regulationsStrong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingProficient in using payroll software and HR information systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levelsProactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
