Graphic and Content Support Officer (Focus in Graphic)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Content Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on graphic design, supporting our marketing and branding efforts through engaging visuals and content. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for branding, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual content for online and offline channels, including social media, website, EDMs, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.

• Support the design needs of various departments to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

• Assist in editing photos and videos for promotional use.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.

• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.

• Support in basic content creation, such as captions or layout planning, when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related roles.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of content creation and social media platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.

Extra Skills (Optional but Preferred):

• Experience with video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Understanding of digital marketing and content trends.

• Photography skills.
