Global ICT Delivery & Support (90K - Fluent in English)

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Level 2/3 support for IT infrastructure across all global offices, including Thailand.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, storage systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Working with global teams to implement and support infrastructure projects (e.g., system upgrades, migrations, rollouts).
• Ensuring infrastructure aligns with security and compliance standards.
• Managing user access, group policies, backups, patching, and system health checks.
• Collaborating with service desk teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Documenting procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
• Participating in global on-call support rotation, as needed.
• Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Working closely with vendors and service providers for technical support and solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support (global/multi-site environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge in:
• Windows/Linux server administration
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Backup and disaster recovery tools
  • IT security best practices
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• IT certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
