General Manager - Mixed-Use Building Complex (Based in Khon Kaen Province)

Responsible for the general management and profit & loss of Khon Kaen Innovation Center in Khon Kaen province. Take responsibility for sales and marketing planning, determine policy directions, set goals, and budget plans to align with the business strategy. Control the activities of personnel to proceed as planned. Manage various aspects to maintain order within the building and build relationships with partners (both domestic and international), government agencies, shareholders, mass media, and related parties.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in setting the strategy/business plan and operational policies of the business.
• Communicate the business objectives to subordinates, ensure understanding, and motivate them to achieve the goals.
• Control and oversee the management and monitor the business's performance, taking responsibility for managing goals, profits, business expansion, and managing and leasing rental spaces in commercial centers.
• Take responsibility for managing leased spaces to maximize revenue and reduce complaints from tenants.
• Research the competitive market in the same industry and gather store data for information to improve and develop a strategic plan to increase traffic to the area.
• Negotiate business deals with companies or partners both domestically and internationally.
• Build relationships and networks with partners, government agencies, associations, educational institutions, communities, etc., to promote the company's goals.
• Control and manage the business budget and ensure efficient budget utilization according to the established plan.
• Develop subordinates' ability to manage and perform their tasks efficiently within their responsibilities and support employees to enhance their capabilities and increase their abilities.

Qualifications:

• Work experience of 10 years or more in real estate management, managing leased spaces.
• Knowledge and understanding of the retail business and leased space management.
• Ability to set a vision, strategic policies, operational directions, and plan.
• Capability in managing a business and generating profits.
• Skills in change management.
• Ability to build relationships and networking with partners.
• Proficiency in English at a business level, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
