Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Game Specialist to join our team. The Game Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, testing, and providing insights on various games to ensure a high-quality gaming experience for our users. This role requires a deep understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Game Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential new games for acquisition and distribution.
- Game Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of game mechanics, player progression, and in-game economies. Analyze the gaming market, gather data on various interesting games both domestically and internationally.
- Game Evaluation: Assess the quality and potential success of games through gameplay analysis, player feedback, and market data.
- Market Research: Stay updated with current gaming trends, popular games, and player preferences.
- Quality Assurance: Test games for bugs, glitches, and other issues. Provide detailed reports and suggest improvements.
- Summarize Testing Reports: Compile comprehensive reports that summarize findings, issues, and recommended solutions for the development team.
- Present test results, market analysis, and game evaluations to the management team to support decision-making.
- Coordinate between various teams both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
- An analytical mind with strategic ability.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or any field (If you have experience working in the game industry will be an advantage.)
- Strong communication skills and well knowledge of Mobile and Online game business.
- Good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and other online tools as related.
- Fast learner and flexible.
- Good command both spoken and written English (Other languages such as Chinese / Korean will be an advantage.)
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing insight tools is a plus.
