Financial Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกการเงิน)

 Main responsibilities:

• To support and monitor the company’s liquidity to ensure that there are in suitable proportion.

• To provide the new credit facilities and related document supports such as: loan, promissory note against documents, aval, letter of credit, trust receipt, domestic letter of credit – domestic trust receipt, financial lease, hire purchase, letter of guarantee, standby letter of credit to enhance the company’s liquidity and maintain the financial costs as low as possible.

• To prepare and summarize the company's debt report and other financial reports for submission. management team and financial institutions in order to manage debt payment which not overdue.

• To check and review the credit agreements and related document before submit the executives to approve.

• To provide and compare project insurances and property insurances.

• To review and monitor the company’s cash flow projections and analysis ratios which are sufficient.

• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

• Other as assignment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis  

• Skill in Microsoft Office and Excellent in Excel; ERP Mango knowledge is a plus 

• Experience in partner with senior management team to drive business 

• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, ratios and forecasting      

• Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting in the context of the construction business

• Excellent/ Good command of both written and spoken English

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
