Position: Financial Analyst (Officer/Senior Officer)
Department: Corporate Finance – Financial Planning and Analysis
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance or auditing
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in the audit field or financial analysis preferably
- Analytical thinking and skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Good computer literacy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization
Responsibilities
Working and supporting in Corporate Finance team and coordinating closely with other team members to conduct the following;
- Project Financing / Funding – Relating to project acquisition, feasibility study, and project funding for mall and hotel businesses
- Asset Management – Analyzing, providing and monitoring current and past financial data and performance to support decision-making and management reporting or presentation
- Financial Model – Preparing financial data and projection model
- Exit Properties – Reviewing financial information and coordinating all parties involved under the exit strategy to Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) including finance, legal, and others.
- Support other financial and accounting operations with ad-hoc assignments
