Finance Analyst (Strategic Investment)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, etc.)
• Analyze company performance and identify trends or areas for improvement
• Support in preparing management reports, investor presentations, and BOD materials
• Collaborate with business teams on strategic initiatives and M&A support
• Act as focal point, liase between internal team  and other professionals such as Financial Advisor and Legal Advisor to ensure smooth process in company’s fund raising efforts.
• Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor performance 
• Leverage investment banking experience to provide deeper transaction insights or assess investment opportunities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 1–2 years of work or internship experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in financial modeling
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and market analysis
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
