Job Role:
The Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant provides high-level support to the Director, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling key accounts. The ideal candidate must be independent and capable of running day-to-day operations, as the Director may not always be in Thailand. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational & Account Management – Act as the Director’s key representative in Thailand, liaising with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Schedule & Travel Management – Oversee the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication & Coordination – Handle business correspondence, internal/external communication, and follow-ups.
- Document & Report Preparation – Draft reports, presentations, contracts, and maintain proper documentation.
- Business & Project Support – Ensure smooth execution of projects and administrative tasks.
- Confidentiality & Compliance – Handle sensitive business matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Experience – 1 or more years in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Key Account role.
- Language – Fluent in English & Thai.
- Technical – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attributes – Independent, resourceful, proactive, and highly organized.
