Job Title: Executive Assistant to the General Manager Radisson RED Phuket is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in executing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the resort. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills to assist in a variety of administrative tasks, handle key operational responsibilities, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service. Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Prepare and review internal and external correspondence on behalf of the GM. Maintain accurate and organized records of important documents and communication. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the GM, including operational reports, financial updates, and strategic planning. Operational Assistance: Oversee the organization and execution of executive meetings, conferences, and events. Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with department heads to ensure the implementation of GM directives and strategies. Monitor hotel operations, report on any issues, and ensure resolution or escalation as needed. Liaise with different departments to support operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. Guest Relations and Communication: Assist in handling guest inquiries or complaints that require GM involvement. Support the GM in managing VIP guest experiences and ensure they receive top-tier service during their stay. Collaborate with the guest services team to uphold the Radisson RED service standards. Project Management: Assist with the implementation and monitoring of new initiatives or operational improvements as directed by the GM. Manage special projects or tasks delegated by the GM, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Proactive and self-driven with the ability to anticipate the GM’s needs. Strong multitasking abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality with an understanding of Radisson RED’s brand and guest expectations. Excellent time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
