Able to teach English Grammar, Vocabulary, Writing, Presentation and Debate
(Grades 7-12)
1. Native Speakers of English (RP/GA): UK, US, AUS, NZ, Canada,
Western Europe or South Africa.
2. Bachelor’s Degree relevant to teaching subject.
3. Have at least 1 year teaching experience.
4. Hold a valid non-b, non-o, or tourist visa.
5. Have a teaching license / a teaching license issued by Teachers’ Council of Thailand, or have been granted a temporary teaching permit of not more than 2 times. A temporary license may be obtained during the hiring process.
6. Hard worker who views teaching as a profession.
1. Homeroom teacher duties:7.30-8.30 am., and 3.30-4.00 pm.
2. Take part and assist in all school activities, sometimes on weekends.
3. 19 periods per week (50 minutes per period) with approx. 30-35 students per
class.
4. Work with a partner/co-teacher (Thai nationality).
5. Prepare teaching materials, design worksheets and exams, mark
homework. Write lesson plans.
1. Salary of ฿71,000 a month net before tax, and social security deduction
2. School lunch, access to university facilities, gym, pool, and library.
3. 3 personal leave days, 30 sick leave days (A medical report for sick leave exceeding 3 consecutive days is required.), and 6 vacation leave days only after 1 year of working.
4. During School holidays from April to May, teachers are required to sign in every day.
