Employee Relations Officer (Junior working at Chachoengsao)

Overview:

As a Employee Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive employee relations and fostering a productive work environment at the Wellgrow Industrial Site. You will be an integral part of the creative project team, contributing your expertise to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Job Scope:

• Manage employee relations matters at the Wellgrow Industrial site, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Actively participate in the creativity project team to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Support communication efforts by assisting in the development of employee communications, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to analyze and resolve employee relations issues.
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
