Key Responsibilities Reporting to Implementation Manager Perform a routine store Devices’ checkup via dashboard Monitor system activity utilizing Enterprise level EMM monitoring software, and take appropriate action. On/Off-site problem diagnosis and resolution related to Mobile Devices using EMM. Maintain and manage MDM device accounts as well as infrastructure administrative accounts. Work with internal remote team, on-site support team, or local vendors that support the devices at store Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDA solutions Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are dealt with to an excellent standard and with customer service in mind Actively work with appropriate teams in IT to pre-empt service issues and minimize the impact of service issues to the Business Knowledge sharing and solve issue Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineer ,computer science or other field Experience 2-3 years in IT support. 1- or 2-year experience in Mobile (Android / iOS) application monitoring Demonstrated customer support mindset and Service Mind Good communication skills, both written and verbal Communicate in English is a plus Attention to detail in high-pressure situations Good relationship with team Sharing knowledge with team Familiarity with ticketing systems
