We are seeking passionate part-time Educators who have a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a solid foundation in science, programming, or STEM subjects. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive instruction in coding, robotics, and STEM-related subjects Ensure effective classroom management while maintaining an enjoyable and secure learning environment Provide appropriate guidance and assistance during hands-on project work Work collaboratively with the Head Educator to enhance instructional delivery and learning outcomes Qualifications Demonstrated experience working with children and young adults in educational contexts Foundational knowledge in STEM disciplines, programming, or robotics Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning atmosphere Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus Genuine passion for education, technology, and youth mentorship Previous teaching or tutoring experience is considered advantageous Compensation This position offers competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
