Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to meet targets. Optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Manage online sales operations and provide comprehensive sales reports to relevant departments within the organization.
- Prepare and present detailed daily and monthly performance reports to monitor progress and inform future strategies.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience, handle inquiries, and implement retention strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with both existing and new customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Execute digital campaigns, optimize SEO/SEM, and collaborate with influencers to attract new customers.
- Perform regular weekly and monthly analyses of competitors' activities on eCommerce platform.
- Implement loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and social media interactions to enhance engagement.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned to support overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Online channels & E-commerce platform such as Line@, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok shop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and cross-functional collaboration.
- Be highly responsible, positive thinking, growth mindset and good teamwork.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
