➤ About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Control professional to join our team at CHEC (THAI) CO., LTD.. As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's documentation system, ensuring that all records and files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.we want you on our team!

➤ Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project documentation (drawings, contracts, reports, permits, etc.) in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Implement and oversee document control procedures using electronic systems.

• Ensure timely distribution, version control, and archiving of project documents to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to track document submissions and approvals.

• Prepare and update document registers, transmittals, and logs for audit readiness.

• Support quality assurance and compliance with ISO standards or project-specific requirements.

➤ Requirements:

• Nationality: Thailand, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years in document control within road/bridge/municipal construction projects.

• Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS) and MS Office.

• Strong organizational skills with zero tolerance for errors.

• Fluent in English + Thailand.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, construction standards, and regulatory documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Document Control or Records Management.

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
