Job Description


  • Drive and influence pricing strategies across hotels to optimize revenue generation and enhance market share, ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace.
  • Guide revenue management strategies at each hotel, aligning them with national and regional objectives.
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics within the country to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies under the guidance of the Regional Director.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth among revenue teams at the country level.

Qualifications


  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Management, including leadership positions at the country or area level, is required. 
  • Proven expertise in project management, strategy implementation, and team development.
  • Corporate-level experience of a similar nature is also essential.
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities. 
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and project execution.
  • Expertise in revenue management tools and systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different hotel environments within the country
