Job Title: Director of Rooms Division
Location: Radisson RED Phuket

Position Overview

The Director of Rooms Division is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments. This position ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, aligns with the Radisson RED brand standards, and contributes to the hotel's operational efficiency and profitability.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity within the Rooms Division.

    • Implement training programs to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.​

  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence

    • Ensure consistent delivery of personalized and high-quality service to guests.

    • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

    • Oversee the management of guest complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.​

  • Operational Efficiency & Standards

    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Rooms Division operations.

    • Monitor and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.​

  • Revenue Management & Strategy

    • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize room occupancy and rates.

    • Analyze market trends and guest demographics to inform pricing and promotional strategies.​

  • Brand Alignment & Innovation

    • Embody and promote the Radisson RED brand values and culture.

    • Innovate and adapt services to meet the evolving needs of modern travelers.

    • Contribute to the development of new guest services and amenities that align with brand identity.​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rooms Division management, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Fluency in Thai and English
