Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage external marketing projects within your area of responsibility.
- Support and deliver insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups.
- Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed.
- Track marketing campaigns, e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems to make sure the achievement of online sales target.
- Program and deploy content across all assigned digital channels according to the digital marketing campaign calendar.
- Measure the success of each campaign based on the performance of channel KPIs and create monthly reports on the effectiveness of all campaigns.
- Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties whether on your own or through agency partnership.
Qualifications :
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant degree.
- A minimum of Five (5) years of experience implementing digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience of all different marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO (required) and SEM (helpful) practices and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt with ease to changing business needs.
