Digital Marketing Sales/Consultant (+Commission)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Provide company products details and current promotions according to clients' budget (mostly by telephone and company chat channels and occasionally in-person)
  • Recommend marketing strategic plan for clients across all industries.
  • Create professional and appealing presentations for client meetings (online and in-person).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (media buying, creative, influencer, accounting and operations) to get quotations, information for strategic plans, find solutions for client needs, resolve issues, etc.
  • Achieve monthly personal sales target.
  • Routinely update sale stages and generate sale documents in internal CRM platform accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with old leads and past clients to find out their current business needs and propose services or monthly promotions.
  • Support active project teams as needed and keep in touch with clients in post-sale stages. 
  • Other tasked as assigned.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Executive.
  • Experience from digital marketing, online advertising or media agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Energetic, work well under pressure, self-motivated, self-confident and goal-oriented.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both for online and in-person meetings.
  • Good command of English is highly preferred.
