Digital Marketing Accounts Executive/เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าการตลาด - Night Shift

We are seeking an exceptional individual who has an understanding of all major marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and more.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction

• Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from clients

• Provide support for client inquiries and requests

• Recommend effective marketing strategies across social media and online platforms

• Schedule weekly promotions on social media, email marketing, and SMS

• Assist with day-to-day operations, including content creation, social media management, promotion management, and profitability analytics for the restaurant.

Job requirements:

• Completion of a 2-week training program at our Muang Thong Thani office

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any field are welcome

• Previous marketing experience or knowledge is a plus

• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai

• Experience with Google, Facebook, and/or Yelp Ads is desirable

• Effective organizational abilities, task-oriented, accuracy, and efficiency 

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity in Thailand. To be considered for this position, you must have a reliable PC or laptop, a webcam for video conferences, fast and dependable internet, a second screen or monitor (preferred), a suitable working environment, and headphones.

We offer a salary of 20,000–30,000 THB per month, depending on your skills and experience. 
Working hours: Monday-Friday at 10 p.m.–7 a.m. (USA Shift)
