Digital Broker Acquisition Marketing Senior Manager

Strategize and Execute Acquisition Campaigns:

• Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to acquire new customers for digital insurance products.

• Conduct market and audience research to uncover insights that inform campaign targeting and messaging.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, creative, analytics and etc.) to develop compelling offers and campaigns across digital touchpoints.

• Leverage CDP and MarTech tools to deliver personalized, conversion-driven communications.

• Continuously optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience and conversion efficiency.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure effective marketing campaign execution and alignment with brand and business objectives.

Monitor and Analyze Performance:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition, conversion, and overall sales performance.

• Use advanced analytics and A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.

• Generate regular performance reports and present strategic insights to senior leadership to guide future initiatives.

Budget Management:

• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to drive maximum campaign impact and business returns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or related roles.

• Proven track record of delivering successful, results-driven marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices (e.g., social, search, display, affiliate).

• Experience with customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
