Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to align the BBA International Program with institutional goals and maintain excellence.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance to ensure high-quality teaching and research.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to position the program as a leading business education provider in Southeast Asia.
• Lead curriculum updates to integrate global business trends, cutting-edge practices, and experiential learning.
• Foster a student-focused culture to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and academic outcomes.
• Collaborate with student services to support student success, career development, and internship opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry partners, alumni, and employers to expand networking and job placement opportunities.
• Represent the program at conferences and events to promote its strengths and stay informed on global trends.
• Partner with marketing teams to highlight the program’s unique qualities and attract top-tier students.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of seven years of professional experience in the business sector, including at least three years in a management or leadership role with demonstrated strategic impact.
• Experience bridging the corporate world and academia is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to integrate industry insights into educational contexts. A strong foundation in business education is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Proven ability to create a collaborative, inclusive, and student-centered academic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of global business education trends, curriculum development, and innovative teaching practices.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, including fostering partnerships with industry leaders, alumni networks, and academic bodies to enhance program impact and visibility.
