Position Title: Customer Service Officer

Employment Type: Full-time 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday

Main Business: Packaging Industry. Our group company specializes in providing shrink sleeve labels, pressure-sensitive labels, spouted pouches, and label application systems. We are headquartered in Japan and operate in Thailand.

Job description

• Provide customer service for ordering SPMC product groups and deliver requested information.

• Input data into the system for production planning and external procurement.

• Coordinate with customers and relevant internal and external departments.

• Provide after-sales service and handle customer complaints.

• Perform duties in accordance with departmental policies and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• English language skills (both speaking and writing) will be considered a plus.

• Computer skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet usage.

• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work overtime.

• Able to work under pressure and handle on-the-spot problem-solving effectively.
