Currently we are seeking

Customer Service Manager / Assistant Manager (House or Condo)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, handle and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments after transfer.

• Manage and Responsible of preparing for handover project to the juristic person.

• Sourcing, Compare, Negotiate and work closely with management team to select Village/Condo juristic, Security, Housekeeping, etc.

• Supervise the performance of contracted service providers (security, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.) and prepare related documents for transfer to the juristic person.

• Oversee and maintain the common area environment within the project and manage the project’s budget in alignment with set targets.

• Provide services and coordinate matters related to customer needs within the project.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in related field preferred property & real estate business of House and Condo.

• Attention to details, Multi-tasking, Strong management, Coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Being open-minded and flexible able to navigate through uncertainties and work under pressure.

• Good in English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of juristic setup and housing estate laws will be an advantage.
