Shift: Rotation (7.00-16.00 / 9.00-18.00/ 22.00-7.00) or (9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 / 12:00-21:00) depends on project Working days: 5 days/week ((days off not be weekends) Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers. Provide accurate information and advice to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Qualification/ Specification Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field New graduates are welcome Able to communicate in English, B2 Multiple Skills (Voice and Non - Voice) Able to work in Shift Rotation (5 days) (On-site)
