Job Description

Responsibility :

  • Maintain satisfactions of potential new customers by: Answering basic questions of product and service questions; suggesting basic information about Online Marketing services especially Website.
  • Maintain satisfactions of existing customers by: Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about Online Marketing services especially Website.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint , determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up with related parties to ensure resolution done properly under agreed SLA.
  • Understand customer insight and keep complete records for improving products and services.
  • Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication and having service mind.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in any field

    • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

    • Having experience in Customer service or Call Center will be an advantage. 

    • Have ability to learn and continuous develop themselves

    • Able to work under pressure
