Key Responsibilities Lead and execute seasonal campaign concepts, product launches, and brand storytelling across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands. Lead creative teams across photography, videography, and creative designer to ensure visual and messaging alignment, with elevated execution throughout brand campaigns. Lead campaign rollouts, shoots, fashion films, and digital assets and balancing global direction with local markets. Provide clear direction and feedback to the creative team to ensure high-quality output that meets both creative and commercial goals. Present creative strategies and campaign proposals. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and teams to deliver 360° brand experiences. Requirements 5 –10+ years in a creative leadership role within fashion Industry or creative agency Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, fashion campaigns, brand storytelling, and high-impact visuals. Deep understanding of creative workflows, fashion trends and retail. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creatives. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Ability to think both creatively and strategically, transforming business objectives into impactful visuals and messages Preferred Skills Strong visual storytelling and visual communication skills Confidence in presenting and defending creative ideas Ability to balance creative vision with timelines, budgets, and brand needs Comfortable working across multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.
