Creative Content Marketing (Digital Agency)

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ products and campaign objectives to craft the content for maximum marketing performance.
• Work closely with graphic design, creative, and project owner to deliver high quality contents to clients on-time.
• Write creative content to deliver key message and engage audiences suitable for chosen communication channels/social media platform.
• Identify an understand target audiences to strategize how to capture their attention for product/brand marketing goals.
• Research, create, and edit engaging original content and creative brief.
• Create content plan with monthly topics/posting dates for clients’ project plan.
• Actively stay on trend with popular social topics and adapt those trends to content/copies to build brand engagement.
• Report content performance and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements in content performance.
• Proofread and make suggestions to correct grammar, style and accuracy for all creative copies and contents for internal team members.
• Write blog posts for SEO clients and company websites.
• Use AI (such as ChatGPT) to help create topics, mock up photos, and correct grammar.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3 years+ experience in copywriting / content writing / content creation
• Experience from digital marketing agency or online marketing business is a plus.
• Strong Thai reading/writing skills is required.
• Ability to read/write in English is a preferred.
• Experience writing for SEO is a big plus.
• Attention to detail and meticulous with spelling/grammar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across several products/services.
• Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork.
• Portfolio is required.
