Roles Summary / Purpose
- To provide support services to the company’s corporate services team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing documents and applications for incorporation and any company registration and business licenses with the government authorities e.g. Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Customs Department, Social Security Office, Foreign Business Department, etc.
- Coordination and registration with the relevant government authorities
- Monitoring updates in law and regulation, Conducting legal research
- Providing preliminary legal advice on the relevant issue
- Assisting client in applying for license necessarily for the business operation
Qualifications/Education & Work Experience
- 1 - 2 years experience in Corporate Law or handling the registration with Government Authorities e.g. Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Social Securities, Customs Department, BOI, etc., Foreign Direct Investment such as FBL, BOI, or related field.
- Good in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Spoken and written English.

- Be able to work independently and in a team.
- Good command of English.
