Cloud Engineer

Key responsibility : 

• Collaborate effectively with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful cloud adoption.
• Document cloud infrastructure configurations and procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Azure services and functionalities through continuous learning.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for your assigned Azure environment.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization for cost-efficiency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Azure DevOps or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates.
• Implement and maintain Azure security best practices, including access control, encryption, and threat detection.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory for secure user authentication and authorization.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud resources on Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, containers, storage, and networking.

Qualification : 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience with Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, and security services.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cloud management, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
