As part of our Global Competence Centre (GCC) in Bangkok, you’ll focus on backend operations only—specifically in claims assessment and policy administration. Key Responsibilities: Claims Management Review and process health insurance claims based on policy terms and conditions. Ensure all claims are handled within service level agreements (SLAs). Verify supporting documentation and flag any inconsistencies for further review. Contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of claims assessment processes. Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues and improve claim workflows. Policy & Refund Management Process refund requests from students, agents, and universities. Validate member eligibility and review submitted documents in accordance with company policy. Update records in the system with high attention to detail. Track the refund process to ensure timely completion and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to policy services. What We’re Looking For Open to new graduates—training will be provided! Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare, Business, or related is a plus). Detail-oriented with strong administrative and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems (Excel, Word, etc.). Good English skill (TOEIC 700+ is highly preferred) Prior experience in insurance, claims, or back-office admin is a bonus—but not required.
