Job Description / Responsibilities: - ประเมินราคาหลักประกัน สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อทุกประเภท เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการให้สินเชื่อ - ตรวจสอบผลงานการก่อสร้างต่างๆ - ตรวจสอบการประเมินราคาของผู้ประเมินอิสระภายนอก - ประเมินราคาทรัพย์สินของธนาคาร / ทบทวนประเมินราคาหลักประกันของหลักทรัพย์ที่เป็นประกันสินเชื่อกับธนาคารแล้ว Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and higher in Economics, Law and General Management or related field. • Experience about 1 - 5 years in Appraisal and Collateral Valuation. • Strong knowledge in Real Estate and Banking Business. • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
