Category Manager, Data Centers (Thai, English)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement roles, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function.

• Ability to communicate in English and Thai to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in working with commercial, contracting and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with Legal and Company standards within the category.

• Experience in procurement in the critical infrastructure environment.

• Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators and metrics to measure category performance.

• Experience in leveraging technology and analytical tools to enhance practices and drive data-driven decision-making along with the ability to analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support performance evaluation.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies aligned with organizational objectives for assigned indirect spend categories.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Support execution of sourcing strategies, Request For (X) processes, discussions, and supplier evaluations within designated categories.

• Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category.

• Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
