Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement roles, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function. Ability to communicate in English and Thai to interact with local stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: Experience in working with commercial, contracting and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with Legal and Company standards within the category. Experience in procurement in the critical infrastructure environment. Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators and metrics to measure category performance. Experience in leveraging technology and analytical tools to enhance practices and drive data-driven decision-making along with the ability to analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support performance evaluation. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Support execution of sourcing strategies, Request For (X) processes, discussions, and supplier evaluations within designated categories. Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category.
