We're looking for a driven and strategic-minded individual to join our Business Transformation team as a Business Project Manager. This role is key to leading cross-functional projects that reshape how our organization works, improve processes, and enable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business transformation initiatives across departments

• Analyze current workflows, identify pain points, and implement improved solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

• Ensure alignment of projects with strategic business goals

• Manage timelines, risks, and change management plans effectively

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or process improvement

• Proven experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry

• Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and change management

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications is a plus
