Branch Manager - Eastern (ภาคตะวันออก)

Job Purpose

Manage daily activities of the branch office; recruit new agent(s); provide right training; communicate campaign, motivate agents to achieve target; develop and maintain excellent relationship to both new and existing agents; and maintain company’s topline and profitability.

บริหารการดำเนินงานประจำวันของสำนักงานสาขา; สรรหาตัวแทนใหม่; จัดการอบรมสร้างแรงกระตุ้นให้กระตัวแทน, สือสารแคมเปญ, พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับตัวแทนทั้งรายใหม่และรายเดิม กระตุ้นยอดขาย และรักษาผลกำไรของบริษัท         

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Manager day-to-day operations of the individual branch; provide overall administration, supervisory and technical support within the branch office; ensuring the efficient operation and profitability of branch.

บริหารการดำเนินงานประจำวันของสาขา; การบริหารงานโดยรวม กำกับดูแลและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคในสำนักงาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า การดำเนินงานของสาขามีประสิทธิภาพและทำกำไร

2) Develop effective marketing plans to meet the company target; supervise adjustment in response to changing market conditions. Give market feedback to product, claim and related team. 

พัฒนาแผนการตลาดให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท รวมถึงการปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้องกับสภาวะตลาดที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป สะท้อนผลตอบรับ คำติชมหรือปัญหาให้กับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรับทราบและปรับปรุงต่อไป

3) Recruit new agent(s) to produce production related to the company target.

สรรหาตัวแทนรายใหม่เพื่อสร้างยอดขายให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท

4) Monitor and evaluate the agencies’ operation and progress to ensure client service standards are met; and results are achieved in the agreed target. Identify agents’ capabilities and potential and design the program to development agents efficiently.

ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินการและความก้าวหน้าของตัวแทนเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการให้บริการลูกค้าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และได้ผลตามเป้าหมาย ระบุความสามารถและศักยภาพของตัวแทนและแก้ไขได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

5) Frequently visit agencies including motivate, train, and facilitate the agencies’ activities to maximize their performance and the solid and sustainable development of the company. Communicate problem with proposed solution to the company to improve sale performance.

หมั่นพบตัวแทนเป็นประจำ รวมทั้งกระตุ้นยอดขาย จัดอบรม จัดกิจกรรมตัวแทนเพื่อเพิ่มผลงานและการพัฒนาที่การพัฒนาที่มั่นคงและยั่งยืนของบริษัท สื่อสารกับทีมภายในให้รับทราบและแก้ปัญหา

6) Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Coordinate with training team to organize training program. 

ช่วยในการจัดเตรียมและจัดสื่อส่งเสริมการขายหรือกิจกรรมต่างๆรวมทั้งประสานกับทีมฝึกอบรมในการจัดหลักสูตรอบรมและจัดการอบรม

7) Develops and motivates subordinates to help them improve their competencies.

พัฒนาและช่วยกระตุ้นผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้พัฒนาความสามารถของตน

8) Perform other related duties as assigned.

ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or business-related field with at least 5 years experience of branch operation role in agency channel

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการตลาดหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง  มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในในบทบาทการดำเนินงานสาขาในช่องทางตัวแทน

• Knowledge of the marketplace and competition (passed agent license exam with-in three month after joined)

มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับตลาดในพื้นที่และการแข่งขัน (สอบผ่าน agent license ภายใน 3 เดือนจากวันเริ่มงาน)

• Strong established insurance agency relationships

มีความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแกร่งกับตัวแทนประกันภัย

• Be energetic, persuasive, creative, and collaborative in order to make the company a success.
