BIM Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields

• More than 5 years of work experience

• Advanced knowledge of BIM processes and development

• Good command in English (speaking, reading, writing)

• Able to work regularly on construction projects in other provinces (Rayong Province)

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Manage the BIM project to ensure compliance and the accurate implementation of agreed modelling standards with EIR as well as project coordinate requirements, processes and deliverables.

• Prepared any specific training requirements that arise in reviewing BIM Capability Assessments

• Preparing BEP and any potential challenges following the BIM Kick-off meeting.

• Setting the overall direction of project coordination.

• Conducting regular QA and QC during and throughout the project to completion.

• Confirming design deliverables and managing information development.

• Coordinating and assuring accurate delivery of all design information to client and individual discipline’s project team leads at all agreed milestones.

• Collect and integrate Asset data per Asset Information Requirements.

• Production of a federated BIM model, and interference and clash management and coordination.

• Issue an approved design changes and assure the execution.

• Develop a detailed responsibility matrix.

• Establish BIM Coordination meetings as per Collaboration section of EIR.

• Ensure all project team members are in alignment with BIM standards and information requirements.
