This role oversees the end-to-end process of expanding retail or delivery operations, from identifying and securing prime locations to managing store design, construction, and launch. Description Site Acquisition & Research: Identify and evaluate prime locations for new stores or delivery hubs based on market potential and strategic fit. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyzing foot traffic, demographics, consumer behavior, and local competition to assess site viability. Lease Negotiation: Secure lease agreements and negotiate favorable terms that align with company objectives and long-term growth plans. Store Design Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to develop store layouts that meet operational requirements while reflecting brand identity. Construction Oversight: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with minimal disruptions. End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of expansion projects-from site selection to grand opening-while managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Profile F&B Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage industry, including trends, customer preferences, and operational requirements. Financial Acumen: Ability to assess the financial viability of sites, negotiate favorable lease terms, and develop cost-effective strategies for business expansion. Leadership and Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure project success. Market Knowledge and Analysis: Deep understanding of local and international market dynamics, including competitor analysis and emerging opportunities in the retail and hospitality sectors. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Capable of adjusting strategies in dynamic environments, solving challenges efficiently, and finding innovative solutions for business development.
